I really, really hope Ryuuji doesn’t end up with Taiga. No offense love her, but I’m tired of these obvious type of endings. Shake it up a little, let him get Minori or even Ami.

I’m sorry, but I really don’t want Taiga and Ryuuji together. Ryuuji is a great character, but he needs to get his act together.
I’m all out Ami at this point. She has proven to be the most mature and clearly cares the most about Ryuuji, even though he is too thick headed to figure that out.

Just look at novel 10. I’m pretty sure since the novels have followed almost exact novel 10 will be no different lol. But it’s inevitable that it’s going to be either an open ending (classic J.C staff = \ ) or you know lol.

At first, I was so pro- Minori it was ridiculous. But at this point, I switched over to Tiaga. (don’t be angry lol). I REALLY hope they dont do the open ending BS, i am sick of that crap. I really want one of these shows to have closure. Plus, honestly, I think Taiga wanted to be with him since around episode 5 (really big indicator is when she stopped being flustered around Kitamura). Ryuuji has wanted it for a while too (look at how he acts around Minorin at this point, I’m pretty sure he gave up on it after the Christmas episode).
So I want the Ryuuji and Taiga paring. If not for closure. FOR ONCE >.<

I really wished this series wouldnt end with Taiga and Ryuuji. I knew from the very FIRST ep that was how it was going to happen. I LOVE THIS SERIES. Im a dude who LOVES romance series. But as Flan said I wish Ryuuji would have gotten with Ami or Minorin…..or the Class President (God the president/taiga fight was EPICCCCC lol) Someone that wasnt so obvious from the beginning of the series it was ridiculous. Oh well. It feels like 24 will be the last ep. (Oh btw, I had watched the entire series since the day it came out. I was just too lazy to post anywhere about it lol so…Hai Guys =D)

Too bad the RyuujixMinori pairing isn’t going to happen, it would’ve been a change of pace for once. So it looks like Minori found out about the lie Ryuuji made up when Taiga gave Yuusko chocolates and thanking him for being there and saving her in that snowstorm when it was Ryuuji who did. That pretty much sealed the deal on the whole “Minori and Ryuuji not being together” kind of ending. Also the voice acting near the end when Minori lost it and Taiga crying was realistic emotionally which is what I totally like to see more often in Anime.
It seems like Yuusko told Ami about what Ryuuji told him about the rescue of Taiga, correct me if I’m wrong I haven’t been paying complete attention these past couple of episodes. Regardless, while a series such as this may be highly predictable, the events leading to the final conclusion are not — I learned this from Theron Martin of animenewsnetwork.com. He sure does write a lot of great reviews that I can agree with.

Sigh….. Dont the Japanese believe in sharing? This is only highschool I mean can’t they break it up so they can all equally share Ryuuji and then decide who should keep him? Jebus everyone is just so selfless I’ll sacrifice my true feeling so you can be happy and I can be miserable I am a great person go me! I like the series and all but we all know how it is going to play out, looks like Ami / Minori are shit out of luck unless this anime takes a “School Days” note and shocks the hell out of me which I wouldnt mind. (PS not talking bout littering the campus with dead bodies but something different then the other 10000 plus school romance animes and adding closure would be nice. Not the usual look we all get along no one ends up with any one and we all remain friends bullshit even the loser guy got a girl get a clue Ryuuji)

People just need to either
A)Read the short novel (It’s a great read and I’d read it again.)
B) Accept the fact that J.C. Staff is going to end with Ryuuji and Taiga smiling heading into the school. (Also with the various other characters smiling / making an appearance)
The thing is I was talking with a friend about the whole J.C. Staff and their obsession with leaving open endings. Frankly, it’s to be expected of them now. I’ve only watched a select few of anime’s done by them and each of them ended exactly how the story implied. (Example: Hayate —> Nagi (Overlooking stars) //// Yuuji—->Shana(Smiling at the end…?[season 2]) By the way for those of you who read the novel, episode 24 better be good <_<… Since they’ve followed the novel almost event to event. Until then bye bye till 24!

Great episode… One moment i was tearing up and the next im on the edge of my seat screaming at ryuuji to go after taiga. It kinda gave me the same feeling i got from Ichigo 100%, but i like Tora Dora 10 times better.

god i hated this ep. out of all the crappy episodes this anime had (there’s only been a few), this was the worse. the timing and pace of ep was all over the place. especially the final scene. it was wayyy to rushed and not enough breaks to add to suspense. i really dont like to be force fed a story, but thats exactly what this episode did.
im disappointed. if not only for this wacked out ep, but for its obvious ending. and i had such high expectations for this series.

At people who saw the lol novel 10 spoiler…. Compare said picture… (not saying which but you will know =P) to the ending preview picture which is the bridge lo(At end of Episode 23)l. Notice a few pixels wearing white (*cough*) and then the novel 10 spoiler lol. And there will be an answer in your head saying = ) “OOOOOO MY I CANT WAIT” Lol

I really don’t see the problem with a Taiga and Ryuuji paring. If you look at it this way, in ep 2 when Taiga tried to confess to Kitamura and got turned down, Kitamura asked a series of questions… one of which really began to set the tone for how the two leads would progress. By the time Taiga had to save Ryuuji from drowning, it became perfectly clear that there was more than just gratitude style love coming from her. The real damper in progression of feelings here is that each of the leads is typically hard-headed when it comes to making such crucial decisions. But if you think about it, what kind of fun would a series be if all the big stuff just happened in one or two eps? The show would be irritatingly short and the overall suck factor would be over 9000!

Joshua> For some of us who actually watch more than one series; there are some points in one’s life where closure is needed. What I mean by this is after episode 19, I’ve anticipated every episode every Thursday(Sad really lol) and I would love to see a closed ending aside the common open ending where the animators leave it up to you how to end the show, or leave room for season 2 (Which is highly unlikely of this show since it followed the light novel almost exactly…)

Seriously the series is great, although >_> like everyone said its a typical high school love affair. I have my hopes on Ami, seriously if im RYUJI id go for ami. I mean SHE’s HOT, she can adapt, she’s so mature (including sex) har har and also among the 3 she needed ryuji most.
DAMN JC if they ended this series with a open ending. Ill gonna fucking rip them out
